Registration

Join the ICCPPH by registering as an author, listener, or student participant. Early registration ensures access to all conference sessions, materials, networking opportunities, and on-site amenities.

Registration Steps:

  1. Submit Abstract

    • Submit your abstract through the [Online Submission System] (less than 10MB) and select your registration type.
    • Alternatively, download the Registration Form and email it with your abstract to editor@iccpph.com.
  2. Peer Review and Acceptance

    • Your abstract will be reviewed by the conference committee. If accepted, you will receive an Acceptance Letter and Invoice within 7-10 working days.
  3. Complete Registration Payment

    • Once you receive the Acceptance Letter and Invoice, complete the payment within the specified time. Payment confirmation will be processed within 1-3 days.
  4. Confirmation and Invitation

    • Upon payment completion, you will receive a digital copy of the official receipt and official invitation letter.
  5. Stay Updated

    • After registration is complete, you will receive regular updates on the latest conference details.

* Early Bird Deadline will be set six months before the conference date.


 

Notes

  1. The participation fee covers:

    • Attendance at all conference sessions and activities
    • Conference materials (conference manual, pens, notepads, etc.)
    • Coffee breaks and lunch buffets during the conference 
  2. The author registration fee includes the cost of abstract review, presentation slot allocation, and publication in the conference program and abstract book.

  3. Accepted abstracts must be registered by the final deadline; otherwise, they will not be included in the conference program.

  4. Official receipts will be provided on-site at the conference after registration is confirmed


 

Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card (no service charge)
  • Bank Transfer (30 USD service charge)
  • PayPal (30 USD service charge)

Payment details will be provided upon request via the conference secretary.


 

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to three months before the conference date: Refund available with a 30% administrative fee deduction.
  • Within three months of the conference date: No refunds for cancellations.
  • No refunds for no-shows.

Refund requests must be submitted via email.

 


 

Accommodation

To provide a seamless experience for attendees, ICCPPH will partner with nearby hotels to offer convenient and affordable accommodation options.

  • Pre-arranged Hotels: Registered participants will receive exclusive group rates for selected hotels near the conference venue.
  • Booking Information: Details on available hotels, room types, and rates will be shared after registration confirmation.

By choosing the official accommodation, attendees can benefit from proximity to the venue, complimentary shuttle services (if available), and coordinated check-in/out support.
